HR Cluster creation

Hi all,

I should create a new cluster payroll (custom I suppose) and fill it with IDMA function, than in a custom program that read Payroll data I have to read my new cluster in case I didn't find any data in the SAP Payroll cluster.

Is it possible to do something like this?

I never did it, could anyone help me indicating the steps I have to do?
