Service Object during ME52n - Change PR

Hi,

I am trying to attached document in tcode: ME52N - Change PR

by clicking the service object. The problem is the icon for 'attached document' is disable.

Is there a way i can configure this to be enable? Thanks in advance

Hye

To attach document follow the steps below -

GO to ME52N

Service tab on top (as you know) - Create - Create attachemnt

Add the required file

Save the PR

Thanks...but i dont see any option of Create- Create attachment.

what i have available is Create- Create Note

Create External Document (URL)

I tried selection option 2 create external document (URL) but there is no way i can attached document

it contain only 2 text field.

We are using ECC 6 btw.

There is in the option 'Attachment List' which is gray out.. Any ways i can enable this or other ways i can attached document in the PR?

Make sure, the user id have access to create attachment in service for object, ask the basis team to help you can check roles SAP_BC_SRV_GBT, SAP_BC_BMT_WFM_ADMIN and SAP_BC_SRV_ARL_ADMIN

You can attach the Document by ..

ME52N trxn>Service for Object>create>create attachment

or

Select the Line Item and Click the Document button( third button from the right side, above line item)
