503: Service Unavailable error in HCI in Pricing interface

Hi All,

I am facing this error in HCI for Pricing scenario from C4C to ECC.

Inbound processing in endpoint at https://SAP-XXX/sap/bc/srt/xip/sap/salesorderpricinginformationqu/400/salesorderpricing/binding_1?sap-client=400 failed with message "Fault:Could not send Message.", caused by "HTTPException:HTTP response '503: Service Unavailable' when communicating with https://SAP-XXX/sap/bc/srt/xip/sap/salesorderpricinginformationqu/400/salesorderpricing/binding_1?sap-client=400"

This is happening in PRD, while same settings are working fine in DEV and QA.

I have checked service in SICF and soamanager . Its active. When i tried to test the service 500 internal server error is coming which is valid as connection is established.

Ping test is working from C4C to HCI and HCI to ECC.

WD in ECC also up and running.

Please help me to solve this problem.
