How to add a newly created output type for EDI in existing 1000 scheduling agreement.

Hi,

We have created a new output type as per our user requirement for Scheduling agreements for sending idoc to a system out of SAP system . The problem here is to add this output type in all our existing purchase orders without changing the scheduling agreement i.e without going to ME32L ( as when i change the SA ,this document type will automatically trigger and will also trigger the release strategy )

Is there any standard program to achieve the requirement ? Please advice .

Hi,

As of my knowledge there is no option to trigger output type without changing the agreement. You may create an LSMW or go for mass change with MASS and check. Release wont be re-triggered if you just go and save in ME32L in standard.

You cannot assign new output type without changing the Agreement, Its a standard behaviour!
