Is the virtual classrooms' access enabled on SSF APP used by the IPHONE device?

A customer of mine reports that He doesn' t see the button to access the virtual classrooms where he's enrolled with SSF APP installed on his device I PHONE 6 v. 11.2.3 (Please see the attached image).

Could you help me please?
