I've installed NW PI7.1 and trying to configure monitoring using the related SAP documentation:

In RWB, I'm getting the warning: "Central CCMS monitor not available", the CCMS status of Integration Engine, Mapping Runtime and Adapter Engine is gray, meaning it's not available.
The problem is, there's no information on how to register CCMS agents for PI 7.1. As there's no Visual Administrator, I do not know where to register the agent configuration file to monitor my Adapter Engine.
I can see my J2EE engine in system groups in RZ21 and also CCMS Monitor Templates -> J2EE Engine, but there are no agents listed in RZ21 -> Topology -> Agents for Local System.
I can also see my ABAP engine and monitor it in CCMS.
Why is CCMS in RWB still inactive? Please help me solve the issue.
