I have defined a primary & a secondary planning strategy in my strategy group. Now When the sales order is created, I want to switch over to the secondary strategy.
I am closing the thread. I have found that we can change the requirement types in the sales order "Purchasing" view and that behaves as changing the planning strategy.
You can change the Requirement type in the sales order .and as per the requirement type only the availability check also takes place based on strategy group
