C4C - Portal Reply Templates - Hyperlink functionality

Hi All

When building templates in C4C you have the option to add hyperlinks into Email Templates.

This doesn't seem to be the case for Portal Templates, firstly, am I correct in this and if not, can someone advise me where I can find a guide on how to? Even if the Agent could add a hyperlink from the free text box in the interactions in a ticket, after inserting the template, that would be a sufficient alternative.

Secondly, if I am correct and this functionality isn't available, does anyone know whether its planned for a future release? I recall the general formatting of Portal Templates being mentioned a while back on a webinar but can't find any literature on it.
