Text Management replicating texts from CRM to R/3

Hello SDN'ers,

Can anaybody help me with the following:

We want to replicate texts from CRM to R/3. Default text (transx BP tab Long Texts) like accounting Note are being replicated to R/3 but own defined texts like Z003 aren't being replicated to R/3.

We have customized the text in CRM under IMG --> Define Text Objects and Text Types, for the object BUT000 we have customized the same Text as for the ERP system with both identical ID's.

In ERP under IMG Define and Assign Text Determination Procedures --> under customer --> Central Texts we also defined our own text ID's for this textprocedure.

Only the Accounting note 0002 is properly being replicated to ERP?

Can anybody help me??

Hello Lalas,

Thank you very much for this transaction. I made the relevant changes and it now works fine for our Z text type's. Indeed only for the combination of customer texts in the KNA1 in ECC en de BUT000 texts in CRM, that's what we need.

Have you set at R/3 or ECC tcode PITX the texts that you want to replicate?

By the way, it is possible to do this set only to texts that belong to BPs.
