Hierarchy Changes in R/3

Hie Guys,

I work for CRM But now I need to know from where i can see all the changes that have been made to customr Hierarchy.

XXXXXXXX customer had hierarchy YYYYYY assigned. and later hierarchy ahs been changed to ZZZZZZZZZ.

Can any one please tell me from where i can see all the changes??
