Regarding RREGCH_RESTART_VT

there is one prerequisite in use of the report RREGCH_RESTART_VT

Here is the "rough" translation to english:

"You don't use curtomer specific enhancement/module for tracking. If this is not true you must prepare an own report"

This seems not to be "practical". I have never seen a set up of SVT without using customer specific modules

Any idea on that?
