How to get/set variant(settings) by name of view

Hi Experts,

I need advise how I can to set to report settings of any view if I know the view name.

And vice versa if in the report there is any layout with any name, how can I know the name?

Actually I created saving report variant according blog of Sharad Agrawal

It works fine, but I really need also to save and get layout .
