Solution Packager Error failed preparing data

Hello experts,

The log below is when I getting an error trying to create a package on solution packager:

5/17/2018 13:18:42.841Error: ConfigParser.FillObject:Tables - Failed to location the B1 Application. 5/17/2018 13:18:42.966Error: PageExtraction.RunExtract:An item with the same key has already been added.Stack= at System.Collections.Generic.Dictionary`2.Insert(TKey key, TValue value, Boolean add) at PackagerLogic.DataExtractor.SelectUdfWithSameCategoryTables() at SolutionPackagerWizard.PageExtraction.RunExtract()

I will appreciate any comments or ideas in this issue.
