Webdynpro Session Lock Exception in ESS applications

Former Member

Hi,

Many users in Prod are facing the following error :

com.sap.tc.webdynpro.services.session.LockException.

I found one SAPOTE 1234847 which advises on taking dumps of the error after re-creating this. Since we are in Prod, it is not possible for us to nre-create this error.

Please let me know if you ahve the resolution for this error.

regards,

Pinki

Hi

go to the Visual administrator Server -> Services -> Component Build Service and set the value of property idleStart to false.

Then restart the Component Build Service and restart the import in CMS.

The same steps are described also in note 923359 and

http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/en/53/75b3407e73c57fe10000000a1550b0/frameset.htm

thanks
