I want a particular Shipment output type to be automatically determined in the Shipment document.I have maintained the condition record for this.Requirment is set at maintain output determination procedure.The requirment is also met.But system is not pulling the output type in the shipemnt document.
Apart from the above what I need to ensure for the output type to be automatically determined in the shipment document

Dear Manoranjan,
For your Condition record, in VV72;
For your Output Type (along with Transportation Plannning Point and Shipment Type), the entry that you have maintained,
Ensure, for the line-entry, you have maintained the language (along with Partner Function, Medium, Dispatch Time).
Once maintained, select the line and click up there Tab: Communication
There, key-in "Output Device" and mark the Box: "Print immediately" as ticked.
Best Regards,
Amit
Hi Amit Yadav, to some extent my problem is also similar.
what exactly is happening is when i save the Shipment document (VT01N) system is generating an automatic print out which i don't want to happen.
Most importantly the out put is not selected in this shipment document and no condition record but inspite of this also the system is generatinga print.
kindly help me in this issue
Thanks and Regards
Madhu
Hi,
Go to V/82 -> select your output type for shipment -> click on Blue lens -> check if you have marked ' Access to conditions' fields in General data tab or not. Then check your access sequence assigned to your output condition if it is correctly maintained or not. Then check the condition records have been maintained correctly or not
