SAP Business Suite - import of clusters

PowerDesigner supports import of SAP Business Suite Data Dictionary. Is there any way, how to import more details about cluster structures? For example HR Cluster 1 (table PCL1), especially CLUSTD column (see screenshot), containing the cluster details. My aim is not to get data, but only metadata/structures. Other ways (some kind of export from SAP for example and then custom import into PD) are welcome too.

Thanks George, it looked promising, but I got reply from Silwood, that they cannot decode Cluster structure too.

OK. People will have the same issue reverse-engineering database columns that contain JSON or XML
