Bills of Operations, i need to add a FINAL INSPECTION during migration

when I add the Check as the last Operation, I get the following errors:

Longtexts not permitted at activity FI_99 of type Final Inspection below operation OPER_080

and

Operation OPER_080 of type Check must be preceded with an end reporting point

Can you explain what an end reporting point is, its not the same as a Mark is it?
