Restriction in printing of PO

Hi,

In our company, if user change a printed PO, the 2nd printout of the PO, would have "Changed PO" printed on the output. However, this indicator could only be captured if user really process the print of the first PO, which means using print function in ME9F, and the status of print is changed into processed.

But user is able to print the PO in ME22N - print preview, or ME9F - trial print of the 1st PO, and the print status of the PO is still in not processed (yellow). In this case, user can get the printout of 1st PO, get signed and sent out, and then change the PO information, print 2nd time with changed information, but without "Changed PO" information in the 2nd printout.

How we can avoid this loop-hole? Any advice?

Thanks and regards,

Junior
