About to complete my SAP HR Training

Hi Friends,

I will be finishing my SAP HR Training in couple of weeks, can anybody guide me how to go about preparing for interview or what type of questions will be asked, and i have to modify my resume by mentioning some projects. Pls guide me about all these things.

Hi Kavitha,

The Interview question will be based on scenario for SAP HCM and you should be good and payroll and time management.

In Payroll, any Interviewer can ask about schema, rule, payroll function and Posting scenario.

In Time management, you should know about both positive and negative time management and should have a good knowledge of configutation part (Absence quotas, absences, attendences etc.)

Congrats on joining the HCM fraternity...first things first, please dont try and learn all modules at the same time. Take one module, go through SDN pertaining to issues in that module, go through SAP library and learn as much as you can on that subject. Other modules, learn the basic, You can always tell the interviewer you are specialising in a particular module.

If you see international clients / interviewer, they will never believe you if you tell them you knwo all modules unless you have been in this field for more than 6-10 years that too with implementation experience.
