conversion of leads

Hi all,

how to convert leads into customers in SAP B1?

if once the leads converted into customers again the leads records will be available or not?

You can change a lead to Customer by opening BP Master.

Once the leads converted into customers again the leads records will be available.

I changed the lead into customer.but when i am searching the lead record is not available.its showing like customer.

Available means the information for this BP is available. However, it will no longer be a lead anymore. You can not set this BP both a lead and a customer.

Hi,

If i convert a lead in to a customer the lead data available, this is fine. But when i got another sales opportunity for this existing customer then again i have to convert customer to lead type to display in the leads.

For this i want to create lead master separately and customer masters separately or any other solution for this?

Hi Varalakshmi,

To convert a lead to a customer, you just need to change BP type from drop down list. All info to this BP will be still available.
