Hi All,
In our organisation we have scenario where we need to pay an amount Rs 5000 for all the employees who completes 35 years of age when compared with the current month.
This payment will be done in the payroll run for that month
For EX:
EMPLOYEE XX completes 35 years in the month of DEC 2008 - will get Rs 5000 included in his payroll for the month of DEC 2008
Note :We would not like to use IT 0015.
Can you please let me know the ways the necessary steps/configuration need to be carried out for the above scenario.
