Hi Everyone,
I am facing a strange issue in GRC 10.17. When I am running risk analysis at user level for a particular user say EXTSTUSR, the result is empty. But when I execute/run the risk analysis by giving pattern ex EX* I am getting the results (including the user EXTSTUSR).
I didnot understand why the results are not pulling for specific user but working when executing using patterns.
Can any one explain what is the switch controlling this.

Hi Ramesh,
Thanks for the reply. I am doing like that only but still same issue.
I have found that the System is added to multiple connector groups. So, when running risk analysis, the system might confuse in selecting ruleset..... I think it might be the issue.
Please let me know if any other possibilities are there.
Hi,
Are you running the Ad-hoc risk analysis or offline risk analysis? Also, can you check if the user exist in the table GRACUSERCONN?
Thanks

You might have to run the sync job once and try again.
