Create new interaction in SAP Hybris Marketing (CUAN_IMPORT_SRV)

I'm not 100% sure about OData Service CUAN_IMPORT_SRV (see 9.3). Can it only be used to import interactions (e.g. from SAP CRM) or can it also be used to create a complete new interaction in yMarketing?

Hello Ubkcah,

The Odata service is generally used to import data from external system and import into Hybris Marketing hence the name import srv.

As for creating interactions, technically the service is creating interactions in the system but the data is provided by other system so more like replicating. If you are looking fro creating interaction in Hybris Marketing without importing data from external source you would then need to provide the data for it and in theory you could use the import srv as well but that would not be best choice, an FM would be much better.
