Central Management Server Issue

Hi All-

I have just installed Crystal Reports 11 Release 2 and am trying to create my first report. When I try to save a report on Crystal Enterprise, I get the following error:

"The system ***** can be contacted, but there is no Central Management Server running at Port 6400."

Please advise.
