System Trace On

Dear expert ,

I am using ECC 6.0 on HP UX with Oracle . If I want to Trace On in my SAP Server via ST01 only select Authorazation Check .

Witch -2 file system should I monitor .? Whats the advantage and Disadnatage of Trace ON.?

Witch - file or log should we delete every 2 or 3 days?

The question is: what do you want to achieve? If you want to trace users I´d switch on Auditing instead (SM19/SM20).
