How to integrate the Time recording terminals with Success Factor time module using SAP PI/PO

Hi Friends,

I have requirement where I need to integrate the Time recording terminals with Success Factor time module using SAP PI. Our client is capturing the attendance records of employees using the biometric devices and update the data in SQL database.

Now as a SAP PI/PO consultant I need to pull the data from database and calculate the Clock in and out information in SAP PI/PO and need to update the Success factor system.

we are planning to use JDBC to SFSF adapter scenario to achieve this but i need help to calculate the Clock in and out details in SAP PI mapping. Can we do that in SAP PI graphical mapping ?

If yes please help me with the logic.

If not, what other options do i have for this.

You can use all the biometric machine supported with Biometric Web API which helps to push the punch logs to the po/pi API in real-time. If the device does not support web api, then you can work with Biometric Web API provided to enable it.
