converting a planned order to production order is giving a error

Dear Sapgurus,

we are doing a mto and created sales order and done mrp run and converting the planned order to production order it is telling that routing not found but i created routing the message no default value maintained for op.generation of order type YB01 for the semifinshed material ( 30000001 ). Please help me in this matter.

MTO scenario in PS. Customer Projects with Assembly Processing & with Direct Sales

Sales Order create a Project. (WBS element created automatically).

create a quotation that leads to a Sales order containing Cong. material as line items.. This will automatically generate Project. in turn automatically trigger the creation of material reservations/PR.PO

The project part in this process is to manage the basic ssheduling of the procurement cycle. not the mfg itself. (this is done by PP)
