Hello folks,
We have implemented the ticket functionality of SAP C4C and are using Service Levels and Service Categories (3 level tree structure is defined) in tickets.
We notice that when mapping service categories to service levels, only 100 service categories can be mapped against any particular service level.
The system randomly removes the exceeding number. Is there any specific reason for this? Any pointers on this will be appreciated.

There is no mentioned limit/restrictions of Service Category assignments to Service Levels afaik.
How are you maintaining them? is it via Excel upload or manual creation.
