Rounding Profile: Quantity Addition and Subtraction not Working

Hello. I created a Rounding Profile using the "Quantity Addition and Subtraction" method and used these values:

Threshold Value: 1

Percentage: 10

Method: Add

I assigned this Rounding Profile to a material I produce. It has 0 pieces on stock and no requirements; I set a Safety Stock level of 10 pieces to test it.

I ran MRP and I expected that the resulting planned order would be created for 11 pieces (10 pieces plus 10 percent).

However, it did not, it created it for 10 pieces only.

I tried switching the Lot Size from "EX" to "TB" and others, but it still doesn't work. I'm actually not sure if the Rounding Profile has a connection with the Lot Size.

Do you know what am I doing wrong? I don't understand why my planned orders are not being created with an extra 10%.

This only works on Consumption Based Planning. I am using Requirements based planning so I can only use Static Rounding Profile
