Report Scheduler Not Working in SAP Business One 9.2 Hana Patch 06

Hi

I am using SAP B1 Hana 9.2 . I would like to know Report Scheduler is support for me . I can see Scheduled Report Overview option in Tools . I am Created new Schedule also Based a Query . But its not sending mail . So i would like to know This functionality support my Current Platform

I am already Configured SBO Mailer Service . Also i am using Alert Service . By using Alert service I am sending Auto mails directly from SAP Business one also . But When i am working with SAP Auto alert emails. its just sending output of Query Result . There we can't do any Layout Style . As per my understanding instead of Alert mail if we are using Report schedule we can make layout for Query also it can attache as PDF in Auto mail . Because of these benefits i am looking Report Scheduler functionality . But i am not sure Report Scheduler will work in SAP B1 9.2 Hana Patch 06

Hi,

you need to configure SBO mailer service to send emails, A batter option to send query based report automatically is to use alerts with email option checked because sometimes scheduler service is blocked by third party software on server like antivirus or firewall. However in both options you need to configure SBO mailer service first.
