How to pass the values to the custom fields of Delivery during change of Delivery using BAPI BAPI_INB_DELIVERY_CHANGE?

I have checked couple of other threads related to this topic but could not find how to use this BAPI and about the enhancement point where we pass the values to our custom fields.

If some one used this BAPI or any other way to update custom added fields for Delivery using any other BAPI or FM please help me
