Config. Wizard "PI Upgrade" missing and 403 Forbidden error

Hi,

We upgraded our XI system form NW7.0 to NW7.3 and we are facing issues when trying to access RWB, REP ,DIR pages as well as when we try to refresh Cache. We get the following error.

Error: You are not authorized to view the requested resource.
Details: The user does not have access rights for the resource
403 Forbidden

RFC connection INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI in SM59 also gives a Forbidden error.

The Sldcheck works fine and we are able to access SLD and NWA pages. I have gone through note "1321868 Configuration Wizard: PI Upgrade" and first of all the wizard is not available in my system. Secondly I have manually completed all the follow up activities but I still get this 403 forbidden error.

Pls Help.

Hi Atif,

The wizard should be there as per note 1321868.

If it's not, the upgrade should be problematic.

Probably the safest way is to redo the upgrade.

Otherwise there can be some other unexpected issues in the future.
