CRM IC Gurus,
When I click on the Interaction Record (For Power user) the fields are greyed out and gives me this error
No customizing data found for content management profile
On top it shows Transaction cancelled.
But for IC agent profile its working fine.
They both have IC_BT role assigned to them.I have also followed C78 and configured everything properly.
Please help.

For power user business role, make sure that you assign CONTENT_MGMT function profile under business role maintenance.
