unable to activate CAL "The operation Resume is not allowed for the solution instance"

Hi, I'm trying to activate SAP S/4HANA 1709 FPS01, Fully-Activated Appliance, and I have the Status "UNDEFINED" and I can't activate the instance because I got the error "The operation Resume is not allowed for the solution instance".

I've tried to suspend the instance, reboot, I've terminated the instance and create a new one, but nothing happens.

I have similar issue.

My instance shows undefined and only HANA is activated and the rest of them area not. See the screenshot below.

Can you please help?

I'm having exactly the same problem - first attempt was only partially successful due to pending validation from AWS (limits?).. After having received AWS confirmation by email I've tried to suspend and activate again but it's stuck to the previous status - only 1 out of 4 items are activated.

Hi Vladimir, problem solved! thanks for you answer. The problem was that I made some changes during the activation of the instance. I din't followed the instructions correctly. Thanks again

We see that your current instance has started successfully and is working normally.
