    Hi Vaman,

When there is a negative entry, you will need to delete the mapping and then remap the challans as given below:

    1. Execute the transaction 'se16'.

You can execute the table 'T7INTE' with the TAN number. On execution, select the entries for the particular challan month and delete the same from the table.

    2. Go to table PCL4. Execute the table with relid as 'I1' to 'I2' and

the TAN number in the field 'SRTFD' as '*TAN number*'. On Execution, you will find all the employees mapped to that particular TAN with the

corresponding period dates. Delete the entries for the period for which the inconsistency is happening, as related to table 'T7INTE'.

    3. After deleting the entries successfully from both the above tables, kindly performing the mapping action again.

Please note that you will not be able to delete the entries in T7INTE without the help of an ABAP consultant as this table doesn't permit deletion of entries under normal circumstances.

    Best Regards,

    Aman
