P TAX -ISSUE

Experts,

I filled IT588 Sub type 3 (P tax ) from 01.04.2008 to 31.12.9999 for a employee and ran payroll from april. Only in Augest08 and January09 Rs.600 is displayed as P.Tax.

All other months just text is appearing in Payslip deduction coloumn no amount.

How to fix the issue?

it is normal behaviour no issues u can carry on

Yes, I am trying for Chennai

Is PTax calculated for 10 months, If P.tax displayed in the month of january what about February and March ?

But text is displaying for all months in payslip, how to avoid it ?

Another requirement :

We need to display the P.tx every month how to do that ?

Actually

the PTAX for chennai is caluculated in the month of SEP and FEB

but in SAP it shows in the month of AUG and JAN if u check the slab rates those are correct as per the standrads

if iam not wrong only text is dispalying right maintain V_T7inp4 in this table maintain the rates of slabs for PTAX

I have checked the RT there are only A-Current for all months, there is not retro.

and after that wht slabs u have given to PTGRP
