Asset Acquisition

Dear All,

At the time of acquiring assets, profit center is not updating properly i.e. if i tag the cost center which is linked to Profit center in the asset master then at the time of asset acquisition, profit center is coming accurately but if i tag that cost center which is not linked to profit center then while acquiring the asset, dummy profit center is not populated.

Ideally system should pick the dummy profit center but it is not happening in our case.

Pl. help.

Hi Anuj,

In the reconciliation accounts from asset accounting the field cost center should be optional. It is not filled in but the system need this to derivative the profit center.

Both cost center & Profit center field is optional in FSG.

Kindly do the neeful.

Have a look to SAP note 903191.

These account should not be in the TC 3KEH???
