SAP C4C Integration for ARM Flow?

Hi Experts,

Can any one here please point me to any content available related to SAP C4C and ECC ARM Integration(SAP C4C returns to SAP ECC Advance Returns Management flow).

Dear Bharath,

Currently we do not have standard integration with ECC ARM, the reason being there are no such Objects in C4C to handle and showcase returns scenarios.

Return is a post invoice business process, however on C4C the last document you can create is a Sales Order. Which again have to be processed in ECC only via integration, order processing within C4C is also not supported as C4C doesn't hold inventory information.

C4C being a Pre-Sales application, if you really intend to integrate with ECC ARM, then you need to customize a lot in C4C right from creating custom objects which can show data such as Retuns etc.

Dear Bharath,

Currently, we don't have any package delivered to be used between C4C and ARM. You can try checking this API "Customer Return - Create, Read, Update, Delete" available in HCI store to check if this can be used to fulfil your use-case.
