Customer Statement in Excel - Accounts Receivable

We currently send our clients a PDF Statements but are now tasks with sending the same clients an Excel Statement so they can manipulate the data. We currently do not have the ability to send an Excel. We did get some type of data dump from the PDF that our developer provided us, but how can we get a 'formatted" excel statement that is attached to the e-mail similar to the PDF we have currently.

I was thinking of a macro but I do not know what SAP is capable of.
