hi friends...

while maintaining condition records we get 5 radio button options, so we can maintain conditions records accordingly, that is

Plant vendor material

Country Plant Ctrl code material

Country Plant Ctrl code

Country Nbm Ncm code

Tax code

Plant Material Group

what is the difference, how the conditions will be retreived to PO..

can any one explain in brief...

thanks in advance..

    Hello,

These are your access sequences and you must have ticked exclusive indicator.

So when you matain condition record agaist more than 2 access sequence system will pick up the first one from the list and will ignore the other condtion records matained for other access sequences.

These condtion type are which you are mataining condtioin records are in your Tax Calculation procedure.

And tax caluculation procedure is assigned to country.

    Regards,

    Shailesh

    Hi

the list you have told is nothign but the access sequence for the condition type. these generally flow from very specific to general.

like you can maintain the records very specific for plant, vendor and material.

if you have maintained the record for this combination then system will populate that in PO. since in PO it will check which plant, vendor and materials are used. based on this it will look for any condition records and then put that value. if not then it will go for the next combination.

in this way the access sequence is used. i hope this clears your doubts.
