ATP check each time sales order is changed

Hi Experts,

When I create a sales order, the ATP is carried out and the delivery schedules are created.

Now I come to the sales order and change the "required delivery date" and save the sales order. The system does not re-determine the schedule lines. Do I have to manually go and change these dates or I can configure int he system to re-determine the date each time I change the sales order.

Please advice.

Hi tom

Once you create the sales order system will check the ATP quantity as per your delivery date and once you save it and again if you go to sales order change mode (VA02) and change the required delivery date system will give the ATP check when the stock is not available on that required delivery date

Example :

Say initially you have created sales order on 05/12/2008 for 100pcs and required delivery date is 10/12/2008.

Now again you go to VA02 and give the required delivery date as 14/12/2008. If stock is not available on 14/12/2008 then system will give the ATP check asks you to confirm the partial delivery also but if the stock is available on 14/12/2008 then system wont ask for the ATP check.

Hi,

In transaction code OVZ2, for your availability checking group, under column accumulation group assign the value 1 and try.

You can do a test and confirm.
