Need data services to extract data from CRM system

Hi all,

Currently I am working on a CRM dashboard and I would like to hear some suggestions from you regarding which data services I could use. Here are the requirements:

- Based on activity_id, I would like to find survey_id

- Based on survey_id, I would like to find and display survey results

- Based on account_id, I would like to display some marketing attributes

Further more I would like to display a load of details, when I use an activity_id as input:

- Status

- End Date

- Act. category

- Employee Responsible

- Notes

- Related activities

Then I would like to know if it is possible to display a list of open activities for a certain employee.

I know it is a lot and I am very eager to know if it's possible at all to derive some of this data from a CRM system with standard BAPI's or something. Looking forward to hearing from you all.
