Commenting the existing variable & displaying the new variable in smartform

hi,

currently my requirement is to disply the the varible (serial number) insted of equipment number.

I commented the existing one bye writing "/*" and wrote my new variable in next varible with the text style(T2 i.e. created in smartstyles. ) . after saving and testing i am getting required result. but if i see again the variable in the text editor both(new and old) varible are in single line. and the T2(smartstyle) is missing.

plesae suggest what i have to do.

Note:i can't delete the old varible.

Give paragraph format in the next line or else it will move back to the previous line if u dint have anyparagraph format but dont leave blank

once activate your style and check

Style is active only. then also i am not getting...

hi,

Comment the existing text node by giveng 1 = 2 in the condition and then under that create a new text node and then add the style in that textnode ....this will solve your problem.

Hi,

U can create another text element and displayed that variable.Assign smart style name to the text element or assign it in the global.

since this variable is under the table data....

is it possible to create new one by deleting the existing....???

Comment the variable in text element.Then create new text element and then write u r variable.
