HRA needs to be paid full, if an employee present even for one day in a month. HRA will be paid till 180 days paid leaves.

180 Paid leaves is Okay what about if he is on paid leave for 181 days how exactly the calculation would be take 2 - 3 regular scenarios and elaborate it with an example then accordingly we can suggest.
