Authorizaton Group in TC: OB52 & Standard Heirarchy for Cost centers

Hello,

1. I have a question on TC: OB52. My client wants to create authorization groups and assigned to each user. Ex: User-A will work in period-2 only and User-B will work in period-1 & period-2. Where should i create this authorization group and how to assign to users.

2. While creating Std. heirarchy for cost centers system gives some information message like "Enterprise Organisation active in controlling area CACA". When i click enter system gives error message like "You have not yet created a cost center standard heirarchy for COAr CACA".

The moment i am creating std. heirarchy in TC: OKEON these messages are comming. how to achieve this?
