system monitoring

Dear All,

I am using Solution Manager 4.0 my sp level ST-400 0016 SAPKITL426 on Windows 2003 Server, MS SQL as database.

In system monitoring i am getting my system in grey color only. My RFC are working fine and CCMS connectivity show me in green right arrow.

when i double click on alert i am getting No properties can be maintained for the selected nodes (MTE).
