Report on the absences during planned period in POSITIVE TIME

Hi Gurus,

I have few doubts related to processing results of positive time. I would really appreciate if you clarify my doubts:

1. During a planned week an employee does not come to work, that means there would be no clock in and outs on that day. the system will process the time events captured in 2011 and update the internal tables.

I need to know if i want a report of all such days when employee did not come to work..How can I generate a report.

Will there be a specific absence type that can be assigned to such day through PCR. The time machines at my client does not have facility to maintain a reason of absence.

Please Guide !!
