Absence is not reflecting on newly pro-rated Absence quotas generation after promotion action etc

Hi ,

I am using RPTQTA00 .

Hired the employee on 1.1.2008. AL quota is 21 days. Generated the quota till 31.12.2007

On 1.7.2008 employee gets promoted. So new quota will be a pro-ration of old quota (AL- 21)-+ and new quota (AL- 25 days) u2013 so total is 23 days showing.

Now my problem now is u2013 Employee has used 3 days AL before promotion-That is not taking in to account while generating new quota. Where to configure that?

Instead of 23, I want to get 18 days as new quota.

Hi Jithu,

In PT50 is also its showing 23.

Hi Kapil,

I have ready checked that. My absences are getting deducted correctly from Quotas-No probs on that. But that is not reflecting while employees new leave generation-eg:- promotion, change in pay grade scenarios at the mid year is the issue.

Hi Sikindar,

I assumption is that u201CPT_BPC10u201D is to correct the quota deduction is happening wrongly.

As per your thread I have executed that Tcode.

After running this report alsou2026employee can take 23 days of leave after his leaves got prorates.

Subashini,

I am using RPTQTA00.When I had given u201Cincreaseu201D then I was getting the error u201CYou have not selected any generation rulesu201D

Hi,

Make sure that counting rules are assigne to absence types and quota deduction check box is checked.

Thais check box specifies that the quota should be deducted.
