Is there a way to change/substitute the account assignment object/cost center (in this case) during depreciation posting to an expense account than the one defaulted from the asset master record?
I have a book depreciation area and in addition to that have defined one more area that posts only depreciation to g/l and I have used different depreciation g/l accounts for the automatic account determination piece for book and the additional depreciation area. However, I would like to substitute or change the cost center that will be defaulted from the asset master record on the depreciation posting for the additional depreciation area.
Any info on the above request is highly appreciated.
