How do I cancle a 3rd oarty item on sales order - PO item has been deleted

Hi,

I have 3rd party sales order with a PR and PO.

I have delete the PO item and want to now delete the item item on the sales order.

Do I need to delete the PR before I can do this or what do I need to do to cancle the sale order totally.

This is the standard approack but we have run nto problems with some of the older orders that have been partially delivered after the PO has been created.

Hi,

you can delete the PR or markl it for deletion then in the sales order you can go & try to delete the line item or just reject the line item by giving the reason for rejection,

Ideally it is not recommended to delete the sales order unless there is no option
